Quantifying the primary staff performance reports of the Ministry staff.
Regularization of transfers, disciplinary matters and preliminary investigation matters between departments under the Ministry.
Approval of payments of Ministry officials.
Approval of bill payments.
Coordinating activities and training activities related to the promotion of productivity in the Ministry and Departments.
Performing duties related to the Ministry and official residences.
Preparing statutes relevant to the scope of the Ministry and performing all related duties.
Acting as the Information Officer.

Coordination and supervision of all institutional duties related to appointments, transfers, promotions, retirements and disciplinary matters in the departments under this Ministry.

To take charge of all assets owned by the Ministry and to properly maintain asset records related to the acquisition and transfer of assets.
Procurement activities related to all supplies, maintenance and construction for the Ministry and the Office of the Honorable Minister.
Procurement activities of the Ministry regarding construction, supplies and services related to all affiliated departments.
Preparing the procurement plan relevant to the Ministry and monitoring and inspecting the procurement plan relevant to the departments.
Ministry’s goods survey activities.
