Main Functions:
Supervision of daily mail related tasks.
Assisting in the regulation of all administrative and development activities of the Ministry.
Carrying out activities related to the approved staff and recruitment of the Ministry and its subordinate departments.
Quantifying the primary staff performance reports of the Ministry staff.
Regularization of transfers, disciplinary matters and preliminary investigation matters between departments under the Ministry.
Approval of payments of Ministry officials.
Approval of bill payments.
Coordinating activities and training activities related to the promotion of productivity in the Ministry and Departments.
Performing duties related to the Ministry and official residences.
Preparing statutes relevant to the scope of the Ministry and performing all related duties.
Acting as the Information Officer.
Monitoring projects in departments.
Responsibility: Administrative Officer
Main Functions:
Maintaining the general administration and supervision of the Ministry’s office in an up-to-date and systematic manner.
Supervision of daily mail.
Supervision of activities related to the attendance register and fingerprint machine of the Ministry’s office.
Monitoring overtime work.
Approving leave and absences.
Evaluating performance reports.
Recommending annual salary increases.
To coordinate the activities of the Ministry Tender Board and to act as support staff officers.
To coordinate the disciplinary activities of the Ministry.
To recommend payments made in small amounts.
Approval and issuance of railway permits and issuance of fuel orders.
Assisting in the coordination and supervision of administrative and development tasks of the department.
Coordination and supervision of all institutional duties related to appointments, transfers, promotions, retirements and disciplinary matters in the departments under this Ministry.
Coordinating supply and service duties for the Ministry.
Supporting the identification and implementation of Ministry productivity tasks.
Coordinating and monitoring training activities.
Organization and coordination of festival activities.
Supervision of the submission of monthly/trimester/ annual reports from the institution’s department.

Main Functions:
Maintaining all payments and accounting activities of the Ministry in a proper manner
Monitoring and coordinating the accounting activities of the departments under the Ministry
Monitoring various projects implemented by the Ministry and maintaining accounting activities properly.
Conducting and supervising audit inquiries related to the Ministry and subordinate departments.
To take charge of all assets owned by the Ministry and to properly maintain asset records related to the acquisition and transfer of assets.
Procurement activities related to all supplies, maintenance and construction for the Ministry and the Office of the Honorable Minister.
Procurement activities of the Ministry regarding construction, supplies and services related to all affiliated departments.
Preparing the procurement plan relevant to the Ministry and monitoring and inspecting the procurement plan relevant to the departments.
Ministry’s goods survey activities.
Appropriation account preparation activities.
Transfer of funds between the Ministry and subordinate departments.

Main Functions
All activities related to the Ministry’s annual development plan, obtaining development proposals, preparing the plan, submitting it, obtaining approval, implementing it, and monitoring it.
Conducting progress review meetings and submitting relevant reports, etc.
Preparing monthly reports related to the Ministry, such as the annual development report, management report, budget report, and reports related to the reports sent by the Governor to the President.
To coordinate activities related to the implementation of all projects and development schemes implemented jointly by the Central Government and this Ministry, as well as this Ministry and other institutions.
To undertake all activities related to development activities assigned to this Ministry under the subjects of Agriculture, Animal Production and Health, and Agricultural Product Marketing, and to obtain all project proposals, prepare project reports, and obtain their approval. All activities such as monitoring and preparation of progress reports.
Coordination, progress, monitoring and reporting on all freshwater fisheries development activities and ornamental fish development activities under the Ministry.
